General Incorporated Association Advalife Science ("Advalife Science", "we", "us") conducts research in the life sciences and the development and manufacture of endogenous biological microparticle products. This policy applies to personal information obtained through the website operated by Advalife Science (https://ads.or.jp/) and through our business activities.

Information relating to medical care at the medical institutions operated by Advalife Science is handled in accordance with the separate policies established by each institution.

2. Personal information we collect

We collect personal information, to the extent necessary, in the following circumstances:

- Submission of the enquiry form on our website

- Enquiries concerning collaborative research, endowed research programmes, endowed courses or other forms of cooperation

- Registration for symposia, lectures and other events hosted or co-hosted by us

The information collected includes name, organisation, job title, email address, telephone number, postal address and the content of the enquiry.

We do not collect special care-required personal information except with the prior consent of the individual or where permitted by law.

2. Consideration, discussion and implementation of collaborative research, endowed research programmes, endowed courses and other forms of cooperation

Where we change a purpose of use, the change will be made only within a scope reasonably related to the original purpose, and we will notify the individual concerned or publish the change on this website.
